Holiday Stollen

Our stollen is nationally known and been featured in food magazines and on the Food Network. A fruitcake that’s not a fruitcake, stollen bread has been a German Christmas tradition since the Middle Ages.

Like fruitcake every family has it’s own recipe – we’ve been perfecting ours since 1992; special spiced flour, butter, rum soaked dark and golden raisins, dates and pecans, a marzipan center and finished in “new snow” sugar.
